Pam is the
current Chair of the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on
Accreditation and received the American Nurses’ Association
President’s Award for her leadership and contributions to advance
the nursing profession during the 2010 National Magnet® Conference. Pam is
a graduate of the Riverside ‐White
Cross Hospital School of Nursing, holds a bachelor's degree in nursing, a
master's degree in nursing with a concentrate in women's health, and a PhD
in health administration. She is board certified in Nursing Professional
Development
Lunch and Nursing Contact Hours provided.
Central Ohio OhioHealth Continuing Education Review
Committee
(OH-022/2-1-12) is an approved provider of continuing
nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91), an
accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's
Commission on Accreditation.

Purpose
The purpose of nursing rounds is to expand knowledge about
evidence-based recommendations relevant to trends and issues in
contemporary nursing practice and promote consideration of their
applicability to one's nursing position and practice setting.
Criteria for Successful Completion
Live Session – attend at least 80% of the program and complete the
evaluation on OhioHealth University.
Independent Study – Obtain a digitally recorded DVD from the Donald
J. Vincent Medical Library or view the DVD via OhioHealth University. To
receive continuing education credit after watching the DVD, register for
the program and complete the evaluation on OhioHealth University. IS
study CE expires on 1/31/2012.
