Alumni presented Service Flag with a star for each nurse

Hospital purchases land at West
North Broadway and Olentangy River Road for new hospital. Plans call for
initial 125 bed maternity hospital with more units to be built if fund
raising is successful. |

Alumni established a yearly $500 Scholarship Fund for a

White Cross Hospital moves to
current Riverside Methodist Hospital site at corner of West North Broadway
and Olentangy River Road. Name changed to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
School of Nursing becomes Riverside- White Cross School of Nursing and
affiliates with Ohio Northern University. Average number of yearly graduates 50 - 75. |
